These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Reach Design LLC ("Reach Design," "we," "us," or "our"), including our resume building tools and career document creation services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
User Content: information you submit to the Service, including resumes, professional profiles, work history, education, skills, and other career-related documents.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes in connection with creating, editing, and managing resumes and professional career documents.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to, and will not assist or enable others to:
- Use the Service in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
- Use another user's account or access another user's private data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these prohibitions may subject you to criminal and civil liability and immediate termination of your account.
6. Privacy and Data Use
Your data is used to provide you with the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your User Content.
7. Analytics and Tracking
We use third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare Analytics, to monitor and analyze Service usage, improve user experience, and maintain Service performance and security. These services use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data by these analytics providers as described in our Privacy Policy. 8. Intellectual Property
Reach Design and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, its software, and any content provided by Reach Design.
You retain ownership of your User Content. To operate and improve the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely for purposes of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.
9. Reporting Concerns
If you have concerns about how your content is being used or believe there has been misuse of the Service, please notify us at [email protected] with details sufficient to investigate. We will respond and take action as appropriate.
10. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove User Content, for violations of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, or for conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Termination may be without notice and without liability to Reach Design.

11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Reach Design makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the sum of amounts you have paid to Reach Design in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reach Design, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising out of these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
